Is anyone else thoroughly annoyed with this Spring? I mean, yes it’s good for the flowers and the grass is nice and green but my god there’s been a boatload of rain! While we’re all braving it together, here’s my recap of rainy day essentials…
- Though I don’t actually own a Burberry umbrella, the desire for one began whilst I was in London and never left me.
- I definitely OD on the hairspray on rainy days. Healthy Sexy Hair‘s soy based spray is my all time favorite!
- I got this BCBGeneration trench this spring. Funny how New Englanders need such a variety of coats while in Virginia you either wear a coat or you don’t.
- I crave tomato soup when it’s cold and rainy or I feel cold and icky. Panera Bread’s Tomato Soup in a Bread Bowl is one of my favorites.
- And finally, my Hunter Boots. The best thing a Brit ever said to me was, “You wore your Wellies all day?! That’s mighty bold of you! It’s like a different bloody climate in there!” Which is absolutely true. You’re tootsies will stay dry even shin-deep in water! And they’re just so bloody cute!
