Are you ready for this? After five months of renovations and nine months of living with family, Jared and I are moving into our new home! This weekend, we’ll be unloading our storage unit, packing up at Mum & Dad’s, and finally living in our own home next week!
As exciting as this is, we have even more news! No not a baby yet. Gosh, can any newlywed say “we have news” without the obligatory “are you pregnant?” response? Anyways… the news is Where We Are Blog will be getting another face lift. With this new chapter in our lives, I want to mark a new chapter in the blog.
Thanks to all of you readers, WhereWeAreBlog.com has seen a 640% increase in page views from February to August of this year. It’s been seen in over 80 countries and most popular in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, Germany, and India. The most popular post of all time was Black Magic Woman about our black interior doors and in fact, the post went viral on August 2nd receiving 2,000 clicks in one day.
It’s been a huge success in a very short period of time and I have you all to thank for that. To mark this momentous occasion of moving into our home, I’ll be taking a few days off from blogging to set up house. When I return, you should see the new and improved Where We Are Blog complete with a new layout, design, complete house tour page, and much more!
